Training with a Future

At the beginning of the new training year, the Paintner family along with the training team greeted a total of eight motivated apprentices for the start of their careers with ROPA and PMB. From left to right: Marianne Paintner, Manfred Siegrün (training supervisor – PMB), Christiane Paintner, Christoph Reinert, Niclas Schmidt, Marina Bauer, Michael Kichhammer, Karl Besenhard, Paul Weinmann, Josef Klebensberger, Hubert Müller, Michael Wagensoner (training supervisor – ROPA), Carolin Paintner

During their stimulating and comprehensive apprenticeship the school leavers are active in an interesting work environment whilst becoming aware of various activities where motivation and introducing own ideas is very much encouraged. Michael Wagensoner, the training supervisor at ROPA, has created an extremely versatile and comprehensive training plan specifically tailored for career entrants. This starts out in the apprentice workshop with wide-ranging and practical basic vocational training in the fields of CNC production, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Afterwards, more focused training is provided in the occupational fields with the aim of obtaining a wide range of specialist knowledge. Training is clearly supported and encouraged by the departmental heads as well as all committed employees within the individual departments of the company.

Christoph Reinert, Paul Weinmann, Karl Besenhard, and Hubert Müller are all training to become industrial mechanics. Josef Klebensberger starts his apprenticeship to become an agricultural and construction machine mechatronics technician. Michael Kirchhammer is in training to become an industrial clerk. The apprentices will discover an extremely stimulating and varied sphere of action at ROPA and PMB, where commitment and autonomy are strongly emphasised.
